The station manager, through the station portal, can monitor the performance of their outlet for the fleet business. Optionally, he can then process manual fleet transactions. At the end of the week the station manager will receive an automated self billing invoice with the amount to be credited.

CRM.COM handles the settlement process between the fuel brand and its customers. The process credits the petrol stations for fleet / group purchases and also handles special discounts or contributions arranged with the fuel brand. The settlement process creates a self-billing invoice for each station.
