Senior Software Developer

CRM.COM provides a repeat revenue platform serving clients worldwide with offices in the UK (HQ), Cyprus, Greece and Vietnam.

We are inviting applications for a Senior Software Developer to join our Development team in Nicosia, Cyprus. Please note this role is on-site — it is not a hybrid or remote position.

This is an opportunity for a senior developer to take on the same end-to-end delivery work as the rest of the team, while setting the technical bar the team builds against.

Job Summary, Duties and Highlights

  • Turn ambiguous business specs into technical designs that others can build against — and push back on the spec itself when it’s wrong
  • Own distributed systems in production: Java + Quarkus microservices, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, with real depth in service boundaries, event-driven design, data modelling, idempotency and performance at scale
  • Build with Claude, help define how the team uses AI well and lead our spec led development initiative.
  • Review code, mentor developers, and raise the quality bar across the team as a senior individual contributor — this is a role of influence, not people-management
  • Take pride in the work: care that what ships is excellent, not merely done

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with real ownership of distributed systems in production
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Java + Quarkus microservices, Kafka, Redis and MongoDB, including service boundary design, event-driven architecture, data modelling, idempotency and performance at scale
  • Track record of turning ambiguous specs into technical designs, and the judgement to challenge a spec when it doesn’t hold up
  • Comfortable and disciplined using AI coding tools, with clear views on where they help and where they need checking
  • A genuine builder’s mindset — still writing and reviewing code, not removed from the work

This role is a fit for architects who also lead with coding and seniority that is earned.

Software Developer

CRM.COM provides a repeat revenue platform serving clients worldwide with offices in the UK (HQ), Cyprus, Greece and Vietnam.

We are inviting applications for a Software Developer to join our Development team in Nicosia, Cyprus. Please note this role is on-site — it is not a hybrid or remote position.

This is an opportunity for an experienced developer to take business and functional specs and build production software against them end to end, working on the systems that power billing, rewards and digital money for clients worldwide.

Job Summary, Duties and Highlights

  • Take business and functional specifications and build production software
  • Build and maintain microservices on Java + Quarkus, working with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, REST APIs, and webhook/event-driven integrations, with some JS/TS at the edges
  • Use Claude and other AI coding tools fluently as part of the standard way we build — for velocity, with the judgement to review and stand behind what they produce
  • Read a complex business spec, hold it in your head, spot the gaps, and ask the right questions before writing a line of code
  • Take pride in the work: care that what ships is excellent, not merely done

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience building and shipping real production software
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, Java + Quarkus, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, REST APIs and event-driven integrations
  • Comfortable and disciplined using AI coding tools day to day — fluent, not dependent, and never copy-paste without understanding
  • Strong spec-reading and clarifying-question instincts; comfortable holding complexity and pushing back before building
  • A genuine builder’s mindset, not a ticket-taker who needs the thinking done for them

If the above is representative of you, please send your CV to careers@crm.com quoting “Ref: Software Developer Nicosia – CRM” in the message subject.

All applications will be acknowledged and treated in strict confidence.

Product (Software) Designer

CRM.COM provides a repeat revenue platform serving clients worldwide with offices in the UK (HQ), Cyprus, Greece and Vietnam.

We are inviting applications for a Product Designer to join our Product team in Athens.

This is an opportunity for an experienced software product designer to shape the flows, functions and UX of the CRM.COM platform — not just how it looks, but how it works.

Job Summary, Duties and Highlights

  • Design core product flows and UX for the CRM.COM platform, working from real problems through to shipped solutions
  • Partner closely with the product team on structure and interaction design, not just visual output
  • Bring an outside perspective on how modern SaaS products are packaged and composed: identity management, tenancy, permissions, onboarding, self-service, integrations
  • Contribute and design AI-driven features for business software

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience designing software products (not a design management background)
  • A portfolio of shipped B2B/SaaS product work showing real flows and real decisions, not visual-only case studies
  • Fluency in modern SaaS product patterns — identity, tenancy, permissions, onboarding, self-service, integrations
  • Genuine interest in AI in business software, with informed opinions on where it helps and where it doesn’t
  • A track record of using and evaluating modern software critically, with the ability to argue why one product’s design beats another’s
  • Comfort working from ambiguous problems rather than a fully-specified brief

If the above is representative of you, please send your CV and portfolio to careers@crm.com quoting “Ref: Product Designer Athens – CRM” in the message subject.

All applications will be acknowledged and treated in strict confidence.

Revenue & Business Operations Lead

About CRM.COM

CRM.COM is a Repeat Revenue Platform: software for subscriptions, billing, loyalty and payments, used by retailers, telecom operators, energy companies and digital brands in several countries. The company is privately held and self-funded.

Job Role Overview

CRM.COM earns revenue in several ways: software subscriptions, usage charges, support (SLA) fees and project fees, in several currencies. The Revenue & Business Operations Lead owns the operations behind all of it.

The role starts alongside the CEO, learning how revenue works from the invoice up. From there, the successful candidate takes ownership of how money moves through the company: from what a customer signed, to what is invoiced, to what lands in the bank. The next step is improving it: pre-paid service packs, retainers tied to delivery, and a move toward value-based pricing. CRM.COM builds billing software for a living, so its own pricing and billing should be as good as the product it sells.

This is not an accounting role. External accountants are already in place and the CEO holds the statutory side. The job is to keep the commercial side running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer agreements and what they entitle the company to charge
  • The monthly billing run
  • Collections and overdue invoices
  • How products and services are packaged and priced
  • Cost and vendor tracking
  • Headcount planning, targets and admin for a growing team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in analysis, consulting, commercial, pricing or operations roles
  • A degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or similar. An MBA is welcome, not required
  • Commercial imagination backed by numbers. Anyone who has looked at how a business charges for something and thought it could be done better is encouraged to say so
  • Attention to detail. A misread contract clause quietly loses money every month, and that should be interesting rather than boring
  • Strength with spreadsheets and systems, and the instinct to automate anything done twice
  • Ability to call a customer about an overdue invoice and keep the relationship intact
  • Stands out: real use of AI tools, Claude or similar, to do actual work. Not just a line on a CV. Applications should say what was built

How to Apply

Please send a CV and two lines on why this role is the right fit to careers@crm.com, with the subject “Ref: Revenue & Business Operations Lead – CRM”.

All applications will be acknowledged and treated in strict confidence.
