CRM.COM is seeking to employ professionals with strong presentation and interpersonal skills to join our team to:
- Work closely with the marketing team to actively seek out new business opportunities;
- Generate qualifying leads for our sales and partners teams through research and other lead generation tools
- Meet with clients to understand and formalize their business requirements; organize sales meetings (online or onsite), prepare and deliver appropriate presentations
- Place phone calls to potential customers
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment to complete tasks, goals and timelines
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending solutions
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
Essential Experience and Skills
- University degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant degree with a good academic background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills underpinned by a strong understanding of sales processes
- Be confident and tenacious when making calls/presentations/demos to businesses
- Ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve common deliverables and goals but also able to work well as an individual
- Has the character and ability to delight our customers and prospects whilst achieving sales targets
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated and driven for excellence
- Reliable, responsive, adaptable and well-organized
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Experience in Software Sales or similar role is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage
