Solution Consultant
REMOTE

We are inviting applications for professionals to join our Service Delivery team in the UK or work remotely from their home anywhere in the world, ideally at a timezone GMT +- 3 hours.

Duties and Highlights

  • Interact with clients to understand and formalize their business requirements
  • Ensure the project supports the client’s goals and exceeds expectations
  • Scope and design integrations and process flows
  • Effectively communicate, self-manage, and complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to deliver cloud native solutions which often involves multiple complex and small tasks under tight schedules
  • Work with colleagues and client resources (as a team lead or as a team member) in a team environment to complete tasks, goals, and timelines

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent preferred)
  • 7+ years of professional experience delivering technology solution, application software and software projects
  • Loves technology and has technical exposure in multiple technology domains such as cloud platforms, software development, modern technology stacks, modern integration platforms
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and documentation
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Web Services integration experience
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English,
  • Excellent organization and planning skills. Ability to plan single projects or multiple tasks in multiple projects and meet dates and client expectations
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure
  • Determination and stamina to solve customer problems no matter what

  • Track progress on software releases, new features and enhancements
  • Manage and prioritize software bugs
  • Prepare and update the software documentation and functional specifications

Essential Experience and Skills

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science with competencies in software design and business analysis
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software products
  • Have a passion to design and model software processes and APIs
  • Have deep knowledge of peer software and especially cloud native ones

Front End Software Developer
HANOI / VIETNAM

CRM.COM provides subscription billing, rewards and digital money solutions serving clients worldwide with offices in the UK (HQ), Cyprus and Vietnam.

We are inviting applications for professionals to join our Development Centre in Vietnam or work remotely from their home.

The successful candidate will be part of an agile development team responsible for the design and development of the CRM.COM Software according to the provided functional specifications.

Duties and Highlights:

  • Development of new features
  • Debugging and maintenance of existing features
  • Development of test cases using automated testing tools
  • Development of reports and ETL scripts

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • University degree with a good academic record
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Application Development
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS and JQuery are required
  • Knowledge of react and react native will be considered a big advantage
  • Knowledge of an Object Oriented Programming language (Java, C++ etc.), preferably Java
  • Understanding of SQL and APIs
  • Feel proud and love to do software development to a very high standard
