Costa Coffee Club Cyprus, a modern cashback-based rewards and online ordering solution, runs on CRM.COM. Costa Coffee in Cyprus allows its customers to register for rewards via its branded app and be eligible for cashback awards, free coffees and other benefits. Via the same app, Costa Coffee customers are able to place their online orders and be awarded for their purchases with options to pay using already awarded cashback in their eWallet.

The Costa Coffee Club app also allows customers to view their cashback balance at any time, view their reward tier, view running reward offers, place online orders, track the progress of orders, view history of orders, view reward transactions, receive in-app notifications, refer friends for additional awards and more.

MPLE Rewards by Hellenic Bank runs on CRM.COM

Mple, the new Hellenic Bank rewards scheme which has been recently launched in Cyprus runs on CRM.COM. Mple allows the Hellenic Bank cardholders to enjoy cashback straight into their Mple Rewards eWallet simply by using their bank cards at participating merchants. In addition to the universal offer, merchants set up their own merchant-specific offers with additional cashback that can be spend only at their premises. Cardholders can spend their earned cashback automatically by defining their spending preferences via the Mple mobile app or web portal and money is refunded in their bank card. Beautiful and frictionless.

7 awards for the EKO Smile app

EKO Cyprus, a client of CRM.COM, continues to amaze with its EKO Smile mobile application by collecting a total of 7 awards at the Cyprus Mobile Excellence Awards 2020. The competition was conducted by Dias Boussias Communications and aimed to showcase the most innovative services and applications in the mobile telephony area in Cyprus. Due to the delay caused by the pandemic, the winners were announced on the 23rd of February 2021.

Among the below categories, the EKO Smile mobile application which was designed and developed by CRM.COM, has won 5 Silver and 2 Bronze Cyprus Mobile Excellence Awards:

Innovation award for the EKO Smile app

We announce with pride that our client EKO Cyprus has been honored with the Innovation Award for its EKO Smile mobile application, designed and developed by CRM.COM. The competition was organized by the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB) and the award ceremony took place in Nicosia, Cyprus on the 16th of December 2020. The OEB Innovation Awards reward the best and most innovative ideas implemented and applied by Cypriot companies and organizations of the private and public sector. The institution is supported by The Republic of Cyprus and the Research and Innovation Foundation.
