  • The CRM.COM Software Core that includes Security, Contact workflow and Customer Management is the only module required in all configurations. In addition, based on its needs, a company can purchase one or more of the following modules:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • After Sales
  • Campaign Management
  • Offer & Loyalty Management
  • Call Centre
  • Contracts and billing 
 
Q.  What is the CRM.COM Software pricing model?

  •  The main pricing model is per per named user  that is dependent on how many modules are purchased.

In addition, the following modules have an additional module price.
