CRM.COM Version 3 Release 2 Upgrades well received

The latest release (V3R2) has been successfully rolled out to numerous existing and new clients to an overwhelmingly warm reaction. 

A fastidious approach to backward compatibility in developing the new release has paid off when updating existing clients systems with the new release.
