Intellectual Property Policy


CRM.COM belongs to CRM.COM Ltd, a UK registered company. You acknowledge that CRM.COM Ltd owns all rights, title and interest in the software and to the Service, including  without limitation all intellectual property rights (the “CRM.COM Rights”), and such CRM.COM Rights are protected by the intellectual laws of England and Wales. Accordingly, you agree that you will no copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, or other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. The CRM.COM Rights include rights to (i) the Service developed and provided by CRM.COM and (ii) all software associated with the Service. The CRM.COM Rights do not include third-party content used as part of Service, including the content of communications appearing on the Service.


Privacy Policy

CRM.COM is a completely web based customer relationship management software. All of your company's information is stored and accessed on our database servers. Nothing is  stored on the net, and your information is only called up when you enter in your user name and password.

When you sign up with CRM.COM you will be asked to submit some of your personal information, such as first and last name, company, email address, user name, and a password. Passwords are kept in an encrypted form on our database servers. The mandatory information requested is for your convenience and safety as CRM.COM needs to   ensure that your information is safe and only handled by the appropriate users.

CRM.COM will never sell, rent or share your personal or company information, including your email address, phone number, or address with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. CRM.COM staff cannot access your information unless there is direct consent offered by the user. This creates a heavy security guard that ensures company information is never lost, leaked or modified.


Security Policy

Notification is expected if the user suspects any breach of security, including but not limited to the use of your password or account by unauthorized user. Please make sure   that at the end of every session you log out of CRM.COM.


Account Inactivity Policy


CRM.COM will terminate your account after the failure to login after a period of one year.

Your Intellectual Property Rights Policy
CRM.COM does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you upload, transmit or store in your CRM.COM account. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with the service.


Publicity


Any use of CRM.COM's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features ("Brand Features") must be in compliance with this  agreement.
