Real Time Loyalty & Offers


The CRM.COM Real Time Loyalty solution enables card issuers and merchants to track and classify customer loyalty and importance and provide cash and non-cash offers at the point of sale (POS) on a real time basis.

The CRM.COM solution enhances the customer experience at the POS level and allows the merchant to retain and increase sales to its repeat customers.

Real time offers can be a cash back discount that can be used for subsequent purchases, an instant cash back discount, free items or points that are later redeemed for gifts and items.

The CRM.COM Solution is ideal for:

Solution Requirements
