CRM.COM Software Ltd (CRM.COM) has a strong track record and experience in developing and implementing its own customer relationship management (CRM) software. We have recently celebrated our first decade of CRM development and are currently at version 3 release 2.


The software provides a turnkey loyalty and reward solution that allows a scheme operator (card issuer or retail group) to form a network of participating partners (retail groups or merchants) that offer cash back discounts and rewards to its cardholders.


The operator signs up multiple participating partners that agree to fund “cash back discounts” on purchases made by its cardholders. CRM.COM Software provides full automation of the whole scheme, including cash back accumulation, cash back redemptions, partner contributions and the partner and cardholder website interfaces.
