•    Embedded Jasper Reports™ tool allows for easy definition of new reports
•    Scheduled reports allows for reports to be scheduled and sent by email to users
•    Alerts allow for the easy definition of email or SMS alerts to be sent to a user based on definable criteria, i.e a VIP subscription was de-activated
•    Embedded data extraction tool allows for the easy definition of import and export templates
•    Dashboards. Key users can design their own dashboards where key business data is graphically displayed and drilled down
