The software is designed to be accessed by your extended business network, your own staff, remote workers, freelance sales reps, 3rd party retailers and external service companies. You can easily define what group of subscribers an agent can access or what type of packages an external call centre is allowed to create. This functionality is provided with the “Business Network” module where assignment are easily made allowing the operator to define who can do what process on what subscribers. In addition, key users can easily create different data entry screen versions for different channels. The screen below shows the designer tool, where a key user drags and removes fields from the subscriber data entry screen of a partner.

There are also special functions for different delivery channels. We provide numerous web services to be utilised by the operator’s web site designers to give access to its subscribers to functions such as statement preview or “holiday home” enabling. Or there is a Contact Centre module integrated with the telephone switche and IVR, specially designed for Call Centre staff.
