Subscription


Each subscriber has at least one subscription with multiple contractual terms such as subscription dates, created by, subscription number and unified number. A series of sub-processes and actions are supported at the subscription level as defined below:

Activate / Inactivate
A Subscription is activated and inactivated. The system differentiates between first activation and reconnection
Renew / Modify
  • Major changes are done on the subscription, such as change of package
  • This is achieved by creating a new subscription, linked to the expired one with a unified subscription number
Schedule activation or renewal These events can be scheduled for a future date at the subscription level
Add install items Add STBs and S/Cs to the subscription and update accordingly the warehouse
Manage the CA connection From within the subscription, a user can manage the CA such as retrieving CA information, cancel all services, cancel pairing, reset pin, etc.
