Connectivity to the Conditional Access System
CRM.COM Software has a built in Transaction Server (CRM.COM TS), a module that allows the company to intelligently route customer transactions to the appropriate Conditional Access (CA) host. CRM.COM TS is designed to be highly efficient, secure and resilient, and can support connectivity to multiple CA systems on the same instance. It is developed using multi threaded Java objects and can initiate multiple concurrent CA commands. Currently the following CA scenarios are supported:
o CREATE SUBSCRIBER
o REMOVE SMART CARD
o ASSIGN A NEW SMART CARD
o CHANGE SET-TOP BOX
o MAKE SUBSCRIBER INACTIVE
o MAKE SUBSCRIBER ACTIVE
o PPV EVENT
o UPLOAD PPV ACTIVITY
o RESET PIN AND PARENTAL RATING
o CHANGE CUSTOMER LOCATION
