Multiple reward schemes can be defined, one for each different type of reward, for example sales staff, external call centre staff, win back teams etc. A reward scheme then consists of a series of business conditions, based on sales, customer types, results achieved and a series of awards, for example cash bonus, gifts, points etc.
Due to the flexibility of the conditions and awards, the operator can define elaborate reward schemes, for example, 10% bonus of the 1st month subscription fee of a win back sale for subscriptions of type churn.
